You have to know your Flash URL.
Use [flash] as follow for your you tube videos:

You have to add width and height
width : no more than 425.
height: no more than 355.
Let practice a bit:
1. Your flash url is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cbAKTukIBFA and you would like to display it with width: 425 and height: 355
2. Use this code: add the size in the first flash code box, remove the “=” after the “v” and replace with a “/” and remove the letters before the “v” all the way to the”/” after dot com
